These terms cover Goblin Elf Clash and its website, provided by Regnum Digital Company. Please read them before playing or using our services. Using the game or website means you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally agree yourself, involve your parent or legal guardian before using the service.
Playing the game
You may use the game for your personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. The game, artwork, writing, music and software remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you or restrict rights you have under applicable law.
Guest play and local progress
You can play without registering an account. Story progress, cards, decks and preferences are saved on your device; we do not currently provide cloud saves or cross-device progress recovery. Deleting app data or uninstalling may remove your progress. A guest name is not an account or a recovery credential. Online guest identity may also be lost after uninstalling.
Online play and fair use
Online features depend on a compatible build, network access and service availability. Play fairly: do not cheat in online battles, harass or impersonate others, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt services or access data without authorization. Please report problems to our contact address. We may restrict online access to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.
Optional purchases
Where available, cosmetic purchases are optional and do not increase battle stats. The storefront displays the product and price before you buy. Apple or Google processes payment, and purchases are subject to the relevant store terms. Use the in-game restore option where supported. Refund requests follow the relevant store process and applicable consumer law. Verified refunds or revocations may remove access to the purchased content. We do not promise that purchases transfer between different stores.
Privacy and your choices
Our privacy notice explains the data used to provide the service and optional crash diagnostics and gameplay analytics. Optional diagnostics and analytics are not a condition of playing or buying cosmetics; you can change that choice in Settings. Guest play still requires some data processing when you use online features, and purchases require store verification.
Availability and changes
Features, balance and supported versions may change. We do not promise uninterrupted online service, compatibility with every device, or recovery of locally lost progress. We may maintain, change or discontinue services; where practical, we will provide notice of material changes. These statements do not exclude any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Responsibility and your rights
Please use the service lawfully and take reasonable care of your device and local data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Updates to these terms
We will publish revised terms here with an updated date. Material changes will be brought to your attention in the app or on the website, and we will request agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights already protected by applicable law.
